We use major booking platforms and strict vetting processes, including ID verification, credit card validation, and past stay reviews. Our goal is to bring in reliable, respectful guests who treat your home with care.

We’re based in Ontario but manage properties remotely across Canada and the U.S., including cities like Toronto, Vancouver, Miami, Atlanta, and more. If your property is in a market with strong demand, we’ll make it work.

5. What kind of income can I expect?

BEE Standard charges a competitive management fee starting at 25% of the monthly rental income. However, for new clients and to ensure early profitability, we offer introductory rates as low as 15%. 8. What happens if a guest damages my property?
We take property protection seriously. Every guest is screened, and we conduct regular inspections to ensure your home is respected. In the rare case that damage occurs, you're protected-each booking is covered for up to $3,000,000 USD in property damage liability through our platform’s insurance-backed guarantee. On top of that, we handle claims and resolution directly, so you're never left dealing with the stress. ​​​​​​​​​
